SUBJECT: Selection of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) as the most favorable one for the supply of coated steel pipes to OGP Gaz-System S.A.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On April 23, 2012 the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) was informed about the selection by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. seated in Warsaw (Customer) of the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. (Consortium Leader) as the most favorable one in the public procurement tender for the deliveries of coated steel pipes for the investmentproject realized by OGP Gaz-System S.A. – Szczecin-Gdańsk pipeline – Stage II Karlino-Koszalin, Stage III Koszalin-Słupsk. Total net value of the aforesaid bid submitted by the Company is PLN 46,764,461.24 PLN, which is PLN 57,520,287.32 gross. The terms sheet provides for the realization of deliveries of coated steel pipes from August 1, 2012 to December 31, 2012.

The Company will publish a separate current report with information on the conclusion of the said contract with OGP Gaz-System S.A. Said contract will be a partial one under the framework contract of which the Company informed in its current report no. 9/2011.
