CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) informs that on 30 March 2021 the Company received a statement from Mr. Adam Matkowski of resignation from the Member of the Supervisory Board of Izostal S.A. as of 28 April 2021.

Mr. Adam Matkowski currently performs duties of a Member of the Supervisory Board.

Mr. Adam Matkowski did not state reasons for his decision on the resignation.

Specific legal basis: § 5 item 4 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2018 item 757).
