Registration of rights to shares of Izostal S.A. by the National Securities Deposit

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that by virtue of Resolution no. 1/11 of January 3, 2011, the Management Board of the National Securities Deposit resolved to register 12,000,000 (twelve million) ordinary bearer shares of series K of company Izostal S.A. of the nominal value of PLN 2.00 (two zloty) each, and label them with code PLIZSTL00023.
