REPORT CONTENTS:
With reference to current report No. 24/2024 of 19 June 2024, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. notifies that on 29 October 2024 it became aware of the information made available on the Competitiveness Database Platform that the bid of PLN 134,648,100.00 gross submitted by the Consortium of companies (Contractor) consisting of: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader), Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. (Participant 1) and Izostal S.A. (Participant 2), in the proceedings organised by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o. o. with its registered office in Tarnów (Contracting Authority) for the award of a contract entitled: ‘Reconstruction of the gas network as part of the Łódź bypass’, Execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 MOP 5.5 MPa of approx. 26 km in length with the accompanying infrastructure, Procedure no: 2024/WJ00/WNP-046990/91/ZL., was selected as the most advantageous.

The terms of reference provide for the construction of a DN 500 gas pipeline of approximately 26 km in length with associated infrastructure by 30.11.2028.

The Company will inform about the signing of the agreement with the Ordering Party in a separate current report.
