Information on the opening of bids in the proceedings organised by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for the supply of coated steel pipes within the framework of the concluded Framework Agreement (FSRU project proceeding No. 1)

REPORT CONTENTS:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) announces that on 14 May 2024, it became aware of the result of the opening of tenders by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. (Contracting Authority) of the tenders submitted in the proceedings for the award of a public contract for the investment tasks entitled: POM1: "Kolnik-Gdańsk gas pipelines together with the infrastructure necessary for their service in the Pomeranian Voivodeship"; POM2: "Construction of the DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline Gustorzyn - Wicko, part 2 section Gardeja - Kolnik"; POM3: "Construction of the DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa gas pipeline Gustorzyn - Wicko, part 1 section Gustorzyn - Gardeja". Procedure No. 1 (implementing procedure No. 6). Procedure number: ZP/2024/04/0031/PZ. This proceeding was conducted within the framework of the Framework Agreement, which the Company announced in current report No. 24/2022 of 30 September 2022.

According to the information made available on the Procurement Platform of O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A., the bids submitted by Izostal S.A. for parts: 1, 3 and 5 of the aforementioned investment tasks, with a total value of PLN 98.0 million net, which is PLN 120.6 million gross, proved to be the most advantageous.

The terms of reference provide for the supply of coated steel pipes with diameters ranging from DN1000 to DN1400 with a total length of approximately 36 km within the period from 1 January 2025 to 31 August 2025.

The Company will inform about receipt of official information on the selection of Izostal S.A. offers as the most favourable ones in a separate current report.
