Information on selection of the most favourable offer in the proceedings organised by O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for the supply of coated steel pipes within the framework of the concluded Framework Agreement (FSRU project proceeding No. 3)

REPORT CONTENTS:
With reference to current report No. 20/2024 of 29 May 2024, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company, Contractor) informs that on June 5, 2024, it became aware of the selection by Operator Gazociągów Przesyłowych Gaz-System S.A. with its registered office in Warsaw (Contracting Authority) of the most favourable offer in the proceedings for the award of a public procurement contract for the investment tasks entitled POM1: ‘Gas pipelines Kolnik-Gdańsk together with infrastructure necessary for their service in the Pomeranian Voivodship’; POM2: ‘Construction of gas pipeline DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa Gustorzyn - Wicko, part 2 section Gardeja - Kolnik’; POM3: ‘Construction of gas pipeline DN1000 MOP 8.4 MPa Gustorzyn - Wicko, part 1 section Gustorzyn - Gardeja’. Procedure No. 3. (implementing procedure No. 8). Procedure number: ZP/2024/04/0033/PZ. The subject of the contract is divided into three parts.

According to the information received, the bid submitted by Izostal S.A. for Part 1 with value of PLN 37.4 million net, which is PLN 46.0 million gross, for the supply of coated steel pipes with diameters DN1000 with a length of approximately 11 km were selected by O.G.P Gaz System S.A. as the most advantageous. The criterion for the selection of the most advantageous offer by the Ordering Party was the total gross price of the offer - weight of 95% and the origin of the product - weight of 5%.

The Terms of Reference provide for the execution of deliveries within the period from 1 February 2025 to 30 April 2025.

The Company will inform about the conclusion of agreements with O.G.P. Gaz-System S.A. for the tasks in question in a separate current report.

The agreements in question will constitute Partial Contracts under the Framework Agreement, of which the Company informed in current report No. 24/2022 of 30 September 2022.
