REPORT CONTENTS:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) informs that on June 18, 2024, it received information from the opening of offers in the procedure organized by Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Tarnów for the award of an order entitled: "Reconstruction of the gas network within the Łódź bypass" Execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 MOP 5.5 MPa with a length of approx. 26 km along with accompanying infrastructure, procedure number: 2024/WJ00/WNP-046990/91/ZL.

According to the information available on the Competitiveness Database Platform, the offer submitted by the Consortium of companies consisting of: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader), Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. (Participant 1) and Izostal SA (Participant 2), in the amount of PLN 134,648,100.00 gross, is the most advantageous. The consortium leader, STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o., is a subsidiary of Stalprofil S.A.

The specification of essential terms of the order provides for the construction of a DN 500 gas pipeline with a length of approx. 26 km, together with the accompanying infrastructure, by November 30, 2028.
