Fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Company Izostal S.A. in financial year 2025

Legal basis: Art. 56 clause 1 item 2 of the public offering act - current and periodic information
 
CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) announces fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Izostal S.A. in financial year 2025:
 
1. Annual reports:
    - standalone annual report for 2024 - March 28, 2025
    - consolidated annual report of 2024 - March 28, 2025
2. Quarterly reports:
    - consolidated quarterly report for Q1 of 2025 - May 15, 2025
    - consolidated quarterly report for Q3 of 2025 - November 13, 2025
3. Consolidated half-yearly report for H1 of 2025 including shortened half-year financial statement - August 21, 2025.

According to § 62 cl. 1 of RMF the Company will not publish separate quarterly reports but consolidated quarterly reports inluding quarterly financial information.
 
Furthermore, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that the Company will not publish quarterly report and consolidated quarterly report for Q4 of 2024 and Q2 of 2025, as per provisions of § 79 clause 2 of the RMF on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.
 
Specific legal basis: § 80 clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (RMF).
