CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. ("Company”) announces fixed dates of submitting periodic reports of Izostal S.A. in financial year 2012:

 1. Quarterly reports:
 - quarterly report for Q4 of 2011 - February 27, 2012
 - quarterly report for Q1 of 2012 - May 11, 2012
 - quarterly report for Q3 of 2012 - November 9, 2012

 2. Half-yearly report for H1 of 2012 - August 29, 2012

 3. Yearly report for 2011 - April 25, 2012

Furthermore, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. informs that the Company will not publish quarterly report for Q2 of 2012, as per provisions of art.  101 clause 2 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities.

Specific legal basis: § 103, clause 1 of the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information submitted by issuers of securities and conditions of recognizing information required by law of a non-EU state as equivalent (Journal of Laws of 2009 no. 33 item 259 as amended).
