Conclusion of an agreement with Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o. for the reconstruction of the gas network within the Łódź bypass

REPORT CONTENTS:
With reference to current report No. 29/2024 dated October 29, 2024, the Management Board of Izostal S.A. (the Company) hereby notifies that on November 29, 2024 it received information about the conclusion of an agreement between the Consortium of companies (Contractor) composed of: STF Infrastruktura Sp. z o.o. (Consortium Leader), Gascontrol Polska Sp. z o.o. (Participant 1) and Izostal S.A. (Participant 2), and Polska Spółka Gazownictwa Sp. z o.o., Oddział Zakład Gazowniczy w Łodzi (Ordering Party), for the general implementation of the investment entitled: "Reconstruction of the gas network within the Łódź bypass", Procedure number: 2024/WJ00/WNP-046990/91/ZL.

The value of works covered by the contract in question, aimed at performing construction works consisting in the construction of a high-pressure gas pipeline DN 500 MOP 5.5 MPa with a length of approx. 26 km together with the accompanying infrastructure, amounts to PLN 134,648,100.00 gross (PLN 109,470,000 net).

According to the concluded agreement, the investment implementation (final acceptance date) will take place by 31/05/2029.

Izostal S.A., as a participant in the consortium, will be responsible under the contract in question for the supply of materials.

The Company's Management Board considers the described contract as significant due to its high value. The performance of the aforementioned contract will have an impact on the increase of the Company's revenues.
