Conclusion of a significant contract.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) informs that on August 29, 2011 the Company (Seller) finalized another steel products sale transaction with VISTAL S.A. seated in Wrocław (Buyer). As a result of the transaction, the total value of the contracts concluded by the Company with  VISTAL S.A. calculated since January 5, 2011 has exceeded 10% of Company's equity and amounted to PLN 12,915,953 PLN (net).

In the above-mentioned period the contract of the greatest value was the steel products sale transaction with VISTAL S.A. concluded on July 28, 2011, of the net value of PLN 2,456,831.35. The terms and conditions of the concluded transaction do not provide for any contractual damages and do not differ from the conditions applied typically for such contracts.

 The transactions with VUSTAL S.A. concluded in the afore-mentioned period meet the significant contract criterion, as their total value exceeds 10% of Company's equity.

Specific legal basis:  § 5 cl. 1 item 3 of the regulation of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information provided by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws No. 33, item 259 as amended).
