CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A. (Company) amends the current report no. 53/2011 of November 8, 2011 as the specific legal basis was missing from the report.
AMENDED CONTENT:
The Management Board of Izostal S.A., with reference to the current report no. 7/2011 of January 20, 2011 informs about the change in the date of publishing the quarterly report of Izostal S.A. for Q3 of 2011 from November 14, 2011 to November 10, 2011.
Specific legal basis: §103 clause 2 item 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of February 19, 2009 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws of 2009 No. 33, item 259 as amended).
