Adoption of a resolution by the General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. regarding payment of dividend for 2020

Legal basis: Art. 56 clause 1 item 2 of the Offering Act - current and periodic information.

CONTENT OF THE REPORT:
On April 29, 2021 the General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. adopted a resolution on distribution of the net profit for 2020. The General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. accepted the proposal of the Management Board regarding distribution of the net profit for 2020 and allocated the amount of PLN 3,929,280.00 for dividend for the Company’s shareholders, which gives PLN 0.12 of dividend per each share. All the shares issued by the Company in the amount of 32,744,000 pieces will be covered by dividend.
The General Meeting of Shareholders of Izostal S.A. decided that the date for determining the right to receive a dividend should be July 22, 2021, whereas payment of the dividend should take place on August 10, 2021.

Specific legal basis: §19 clause 2 of the Ordinance of the Minister of Finance of March 29, 2018 on current and periodic information disclosed by the issuers of commercial papers and the conditions for recognizing as equivalent the information required by the laws of a non-member state (Journal of Laws from 2018 item 757).
